With an exploratory mindset as our compass, the motto for Planting Seeds is Looking Beyond the Narrative. In this space, we’ll explore lesser-known history and then take it a step further by transforming that knowledge into practical, everyday application.
History Bites are a la carte offerings on a range of topics, starting with a topic-specific historical breakdown to provide a similar base of knowledge for participants. Curated discussion questions, ground rules with a “no knowledge shaming” foundation work in harmony to create our “one room classroom” environment.
Borrowing from the essence of a fireside chat, Conversations With provides an opportunity to engage directly with guest speakers who are creating change with expertise and boots-on-the-ground experience on a myriad of topics we are processing in real time.

These ground rules are guides for the discussion spaces which can get heavy. Sessions are designed to encourage curiosity and questions, ground us in historical awareness and offer support for those inevitable tough moments within those conversations.
